As the sun moves into the center of the sky, its rays fall valiantly onto the colleseum. The doors open up letting in a flood of light into the darkened colloseum. A cloaked figure can be seen with a wass by his side. Grabbing hold of the wass he jumps onto a chin where he starts to lay down. "Right, this match shall be Archaic verse Schmall, in that order please make your presence known."

*Archaic walks into the arena holding his gladius in his right hand and rope in his left hand. Where he keeps finding the rope, nobody knows, but he has gotten so good at attaching it to the gladius that Archaic simply throws them up into the air and seemingly like magic they come down attached. Licking the edge of the blade Archaic smiles and laughs heartily.*

"time to play little one! Oh come to think about it... it will be my first time tasting your blood too. Hahahahaha!"

After a couple of minutes, the crowd begins to murmer about the tardiness of the small warrior.

"I am here you blood thirsty fiend," says Schmall as he glides out of the shadows. Shadows that are no where near the gate he was to enter by. "You may drink my blood. You may drink it at a price. I shall leave you a reminder that I am not one to be messed with or taken lightly."

Schmall whirls the bisento a bit before entering his fighting stance. Four orbs twinkle as the sun reflects off them just below the blade, causing the crowd to look in wonder and amazement.

*Archaic breaks his smile and puts a scowl on his face. Taking his gladius in hand he jumps into the air diagonally and towards Schmall and releases it, aiming for his diminutive body. When Archaic feels it make contact with something he whips it up and towards him as he lands aiming to kick Schmall in the arm.*

"We shall see if your blood is worth the price then shall we."

Archaic's blade flew towards Schmalls leg, and once it hit, Archaic indeed did pull back, leaving the leg to be cut a little. Archaic's kick to Schmall's arm was decent, hitting him square in a bisept.
Archaic does 47 damage.

With a grin, Schmall says, "A mere scratch. I thought you have been fighting longer than I have Archaic. Let me show you what a real weapon can do."

Schmall charges forward and whips the blade around at Archaic, just shy of hitting him so that he dogdes back with ease. The true target was the string tied to the gladius. However, the blunt end follows around, aimed for the side of Archaic's head.

Attempting to cut the string, Schmall fails as Archaic moves the blade and hence string away. When Schmall swung the full side at Archaic, it managed to hit him lightly in the head, just making him stumble on one foot for a second.
Schmall does 21 damage.

*Archaic recovers from his stumble and just stairs confoundedly at Schmall. Scratching his head he doesn't even see any trace of blood and continues to look confused.*

"What the heck was that!? Let me show you what a real hit is hahaha!"

*Archaic puts a smile on his face and sweeps his right leg towards the left knee of Schmall before running back, gladius in hand. After gaining some distance he turns around with the wicked smile and tosses the gladius behind Schmall, just to pull it towards him to try to hit Schmall's back.*

"Now bleed."

Sweeping Schmall's knee, Schmall falls down onto one leg. Throwing the blade, it does exactly what Archaic wanted it to do, hitting Schmall straight in the small (pun kind of intended) of his back. The blade goes deep and causes blood to come flowing out.
Archaic does 289 damage.

Gritting his teeth, Schmall says, "Well, guess you are able to use that metal toothpick with some skill. Now it is your turn to bleed." Schmall stands up and attacks.

Twirling the bisento faster and faster off to the side, Schmall charges forward. Just as he moves into range to attack, Lumpy swoops down from one of the overhead chains and lands on Archaic's nose. He does nothing except turn back to and lifts his tail, effectively mooning Archaic right in the face as Schmall uses the momentum of the spinning bisento to deliver a slash to Archais sword-arm elbow. Schmall follows up with a high kick to the same elbow and dives on past to ready for the returning attack.

Lumpy flies back up into the chains hanging from the ceiling.

Knocking the bird off of him Archaic does not fully prepare for the bisento attack. Archaic takes a step back to avoid the full damage, as such the bisento only cut slightly. Schmall's punch does manage to hit the shoulder,making Archaic take one more step back.
Schmall does 54 damage.

"Oh so your little bird cares to join the fight eh... I shall remember that for later, but for now.... taste testing time! Haha!"

*Archaic licks the blood off the gladius and does an other sweep across to Schmall's leg before gaining distance before making a horizontal throw aiming for the side of Schmall's face. When it reaches close Archaic pulls the slack and makes it do a sweeping motion.*

"I'll show you what a metal toothpick can do you. Now bleed some more Muhahaha!"

Archaic makes Schmall fall to the ground. Moving away, Archaic manages to throw the blade, first cutting Schmall's face. After pulling the string, the blade the arches around Schmall's head and lands a strong cut on Schmall's face, right over his mouth, cutting the flesh between the lips deeply, and even cutting some of the gums. Blodd flows to the ground quickly as Schmall prepares to attack.
Archaic does 297 damage.

Shrugging off the pain of the nasty gash across his mouth, he lets the blood pool in his mouth. He then charges forth, plants the blade into the sand of the arena, and polevaults straight at Archaic, delivering a flying kick into his chest. Before Archaic has the chance to recover and regain his balance fully, Schmall sprays blood into Archaic's face. While temporarly blinded, Schmall brings the bladed end down into Archaic's shoulder and then swings the blunt end up at Archaic's sword hand, seeking to crush the fingers between the bisento and the handle of the gladius.

Lumpy flies around screaming in defiance to Archaics response. "FWUT! FWUT!"

"Lets see you throw that toothpick with crushed fingers fiend!"
