Cowboy Bebop Live Action

Well, it seems that Erwin Stoff, the guy behind the Matrix and A Scanner Darkly, has signed a deal with Sunrise recently about making a Cowboy Bebop live action movie. Not much is known yet since the deal was very recent.

I heard about this and I have really mixed feelings. On the one hand.. the guy was pretty good about keeping with the source of a scanner darkly, and yet... its Cowboy Bebop thus its impossible to be as good as the series deserves.

Indeed, also, if they do not get a good Ein I will instantly not want to watch it. I can not imagine it being to hard to find a dog that looks like Ein, and if they can not get that down well forget the rest of the movie. I think that this movie may have potential for what it is, but it will also have very high expectations.

I think that the movie will be alright because it is a decent guy doing it and his work has been great so far. As for Ein, they just need a Corgi(the type of dog he is), since they all look about the same. I will withhold any real criticism until the list of actors is decided as well as if they are following the show, the movie or a different plot written by the Bebop author.
