Dug this outof an old topic as im doing a little excavating tonight.
WORST ANIME EVER!
Return of the Dinosaurs, and Return of the Dinosaurs: They're Back!!
As if making the first one wasn't bad enough. Oh, and just to inform you all, at Anime Boston 2005, Return of the Dinosaurs was re-voted as the worst anime of all time. Both movies use a 'beautiful' mixture of of puppets and crudely drawn animation. The plot is something rediculus, like; a comet passed by the earth, and then the crust started to fall apart, causing prehistoric beasts and vegitations(the dinosaurs could talk in the first one) to rise up to the surface. Then a 'highly specialized' team was assemble to neutralize the rampant beasts, and send them to an island. Keep in mind that the smartest members is an ordinary 11 y/o kid(yes, the rest are full fledged adults). "High action" scenes where you watch a small plastic vehical try and climb a cliff for... wait for it...15 full minutes will definately not leave you asking you for more. I would say that the dubbing was bad, but I am not even sure if it was made in Japan(the origional might have been in english) which all just adds to the hilarity when two individuals talk through a video phone, and use 30s pauses before the other speaks.
"It is very hot at you location."
30s interval
"Yes"(5s)"We are all very thirsty."
If you live in the Worcester Massachusetts area, I would tell you to rent it from the video arcade, but it is seriuosly so bad that my VCR(they only have it on VHS) stopped working halfway through, and decided that it would not resume funtion untill I took it out.

| Yeah that really does sound god awful, and fortunately there is not way to rent it anymore as the video arcade went out of business, and I think Hollywood video may be following suit. |

Yeah I think that those movies do sound to be some of the worst, but I still have nightmares over space transformers. A movie that I got at the dollar store (which gives you a hint). The plot is ridiculous and all I need to say is that in it, the insides of a human are a lot like space, with mountains and waterfalls. I could not even watch it all. _________________

Reminders me of regular transofrmers and how the decpticons (sp? lol, vey wrong) originally has a NINJA CONSULTANT! why would robots that urns into cars and planes need a ninja consultant? |

The decipticons needed a ninja consultant because they were too big to move around sneakily. Using a ninja, they could spy on the autobots and know what they were up to while still being safe and undetected either by the sound of their approaching or on radar.
But Kokus "anime" was just so drastically bad I could only watch a minute of it before my mind imploded. |

There are many reasons, still let me just say that thew cover to Space Transformers was brought a HUGE LETDOWN to me. On it it shows what is obviously a head to a Gundam and a poorly drawn Kaneda (from Akira) firing a laser gun. I should have expected it to be bad, but I didn't and now I suffer by having something so horrible that I feel that paying people $1.00 to take it is not enough. _________________

All fear the reaper that is.... space transformers! Yeah, I am honestly surprised the company had such nerve as to make this their box art considering how to infringes on a few trademarks and has NOTHING to do with the actual anime. Just for fun, here's the back cover.

Yeah this may be as bad, if not worse then a certain comic shop owner's CD... I keep it around so that I can fully appreciate the great series I have seen before. _________________

| Its actually rather funny that you can physically feel your fingers burning when picking up the case though. It's almost as if they are warning you that the contents may be so bad that they give you eye cancer. |
