This is something I got off my myspace bulletin. If you didn't know already, Jim Gaffigan is known for hot pocket jokes. This, however, isn't a joke, but is still funny anyways.
| The Gaffigan wrote: | Wasn't it only a week ago they had Hot Pocket recall? Why are hot pocket recalls always measured in pounds, like they are livestock?
Supposedly there are red pieces of plastic in this recall. I'm outraged. The red plastic was my favorite part of the recall. Oh well. Just more material.

I do an extended version of my Hot Pocket joke in my new tour. Otherwise it's all new material.
Hope to see you at a show
I love you and red bits of plastic,

This is pure gold. I liked only two things of hot pockets, but I'm glad I do not have any now. Just follow the link to see a less comedic version of the story.

I actually remember seeing this article a couple of days ago... except mine had a cooler graphic of a hot pocket filled with plastic shapes. Still as if hot pockets weren't horrible enough, they go and do this sort of thing. _________________

Well that just put me off hot pockets even more.
Jim Gaffigan, I've heard his old hot pocket joke... now I want to hear the extended version. _________________ What if there were no hypothetical situations? |

| Yeah, apparently over 200,000 lbs. of the stuff recalled. What is sad is that the plastic pieces are incredibly sharp, and it is unfortunate to see anyone hurt over eating hot pockets, despite the jokes and comments we made here (and everywhere else). Plus all that food gone to waste. There should be better food inspections by the government. |

They should leave the little plastic bits, at least then some part of it will be edible. _________________ "So they want to kill my men? Well two can play at that game."

After Beanbaker's comment about the plastic being sharp, I can't help but imagine people biting into a Hot Pocket, and then an explosion of plastic shrapnel annihilating someone's mouth..... strangely exciting _________________

I think they may have thought: "Red plastic, red pepperoni...we could pull one over on the general American public and substitute the more expensive pepperoni with cheap red plastic. Muahahahaha!"
Something along those lines?
