1 bonesless pork chop
Barbecue sauce of choice(sweet)
Shouyu(a.k.a. Soy sauce)
Wakame Nori
Chicken Broth 1 and 1/2 cups rice
Cook the 1 and 1/2 cups rice
Dice the pork chop into very small pieces (no larger than .25inch cubes, preferably smaller) place into frying pan.
Add Barbecue sauce enough to spread over the pork and get to all the pieces
Cook in frying pan on stove top. Add shouyu to taste(i prefer alot for this, you may too) then donkey 3 tbl spoons of chicken broth.
Cook until the sauce thickens and inevitably clings to the pork(there should be no liquid sauce).
On the side, slightly moisten the Nori with warm water, (do not soak) and them mix into pork.
Add pork mixture on top of rice and enjoy!
Its okay. . I made it using what i had in the kitchen and thought that i would share.

| It tasted okay. . . when before mixing it in with the rice, but when i got them both together so that the rice made the flavor a slight bit weaker, it was indeed quite delicious! |
