the world it takes place in is....jade cocoon meets...steamboy....meets naushicaa.....metts some other things
Anyways it is amazingly well animated and a MUST SEE.
It takes place after the world is destroys(a long time after) and plants have a consciousness.....and well...just watch it.....NOW!
