On the New Wharf a cozy shop with a large variety of fish tackle and rods on the walls offers services for fishing. They offer both catch and release and keeping what you catch. Sign out front reads..
"A chance of a life time! A chance to go fishing on Lake Validus! Come inside and ask about our three packages. Prices are 10gc for the beginners, 50gc for the tough fishmen, and 100gc for the pros. Come one, come all! We even provide the gear and the boat (with a safty deposit of 10gc of course). A chance of a life time! A chance to go fishing on Lake Validus!"
Another sign reads..
Utsum! happy halloween

The fisherman thrusts a fishing rod into Shatter's hesitant hands, guides her to the dingy out back, helps her down the ladder, and shoves her off. She first watches in wonder as the other fishermen on the lake reel in Violets and Serpents. An occasion man gets pulled in and dissapears as the sun peaks over the horizon.
Timidly, Shatter, not knowing what she is doing, flips a latch on the rod and the lure drops into the water. After a good half hour, a slight tug on the line snaps Shatter out of her day dreaming. She begins reefing, pulling, and reeling the line in. At first there is an epic battle of a tug of war contest. suddenty the line gives and Shatter falls on her sore butt and continues to reel in her prize. She stands up in the dingy and lifts her prize out of the water. A freshwater seaweed! In disgust, Shatter toss the weed overboard and paddles back in.

I walk into the shop and look at the fishermen. "Tell me, how many fish are caught a day on average that are kept and or killed? You are responsible for what is caught you know." as I say that I move around a little, causing the chains on my scythe to rattle. _________________

"Fine, food is a respectable use for the fish. That is about survival. If too many get caught though, I may find my won way to stop it. Oh, and next time you adsress me in such a scared manner, know that it makes you suspicious... " With that I walk outside uninterested in actually fishing. _________________

Skipping into the fishing office and playing his flute, Billgar enters. His colorful clothing shines radiantly and Gerald rests atop his head singing(miserably, the song of a tonsor is no better than that of a chicken) to accompany the horrible flute music.
"We wish to go fishing! hrmm.....perhaps the 50gc plan?"

"They" continue thier carefree music as the boat drifts out. For some reason all the other fishermen grab thier ears and start paddling away. After a screeching climax, Billgar suddenly grabs the large fishing rod, casts it out, wraps both legs around the pole, and sits back to continue playing his music.
After a few minutes, a sharp tug is felt on the line. Excited as a child with his hand in the cookie jar behind his mother's back, Billgar begins to reel his catch in. Gerald gleefully squawks out his encouragment. It takes a good five minutes, but Billgar finally lefts a small sized serpent up out of the water. He quickly clubs the thing unconcious (not dead) to pevent any harm to anyone and paddles back in.
Once back in the shop the man perks up at the sight of the small serpent, "Dem good eating. I'm willing ta bahck 25gc for it."
obtained 1/4 sized serpent

*Archaic walks into the fishing spot and reads the prices. A bit cautious about throwing his valuable GC away he figured he would give it a shot anyways. Approaching the old guy Archaic smacked 50 GC down on the desk.*
"I'd like to go fishing, so give me the 50 GC package and lets see what I get eh. Although, are we free to use our own bate, cause I mean I have a feeling the skullfish may like to nibble on the flesh of those who Koku have slain already."

Billgar after returning from his previous trip slightly dissatisfied sells off the serpent that he killed to the fishman. "Well if its not too late then We would like to jump in on the same trip as Archaic, however, if he already set out then that shall be fine. The 50 package." Billgar plays four or fish quick notes on his flute as he heads out to the dock.

Not getting an answer to his wonderful question, Archaic finally shrugs and heads out back to the dingy with his given tackle. Just as he starts to push off, he hears familiar ear jarring music accompanied by what sounds like a dieng chicken up on the dock above him. He looks up just as Billgar leaps on board with a broad smile.
With a silent groan, Archaic picks up the paddles and gets to work as his Emperor and Geralds begins a new song. Once out a good four hundred yards or so, both fishermen eagerly cast out thier lines on this fine morning.
Before either line hits the water, two things happens. A magnificent purple fish bursts up through the water and eats Billgar's lure, hooks, sinker, and line in one gulp. A tthe same time, a jet of water sprouts out from the lake surface, striking Archaic's lure. The the water jet appears to literally grab the lure and pull it down under. Both fishermen feel great strengths begin pulling on thier respective lines and each knows they are in for a great test of strength and willpower for sure!
Each fisherman braces thier feet on gunwhales of the dingy and start to pull and reel thier respective catches in. Both set of arms strain to keep thier rods of being pulled in. Creaking can be heard as the dingy startes to crack and take a bit of water. Billgar, acting fast, uses his magic from his winged cloak to stabilize the boat. Billgar, the first to pull in his fish, hauls a huge, 8 foot purple crawler.
Archaic's fish appears to be fighting even more as it gets closer to the boat. Waves of water start lashing at the boat. Thin jets of water lash out and whip at Billgar and Archaic, causing much stinging pain. Archaic, anger beginning to raise for this fish would dare to hurt him, digs in and pulls harder and reels faster. After a more minutes of pain whips and being drenched by wave after wave of water, Archaic pulls a Skullfish up out of the water.
Both too exhausted to paddle back in, Billgar uses his magic once again, and summons a cooling breezing and asks the water to pull them in. Once back in the shop and dried off, they both show of thier prizes catches
Billgar obtained 8ft Violet Crawler, Archaic a skullfish if tax is paid. _________________ When I visit reality, I go as a tourist

"Well now isn't this a catcher, and with Billgar right here. I shall pay the tax money to keep this fish. By any chance do you have a jar for me to hold it in?"
*Archaic looks over at his fish and realizes his animal inventory has grew yet again.*

With a look of wonder and borderline hero-worshipping, Jack silently hands a large jar to Archaic with lake water already in it. The jar has a label on it saying something about anti-skullfish magic. Its hard to read for it is mostly smugged out due to age.
