Voyage across the plains of Nocte and a bit further south, and one will find the town of Evroul. Most well known for the insects that pollinate its flowers and create the valuable nectar known as Utsum, it is a small village, but none the less, the capital of Nimur Province. Around the capital one finds various ranches farms and agricultural type structures and facilities. It is a warm community, but is sadly often over-looked by the capital, and thus fall victim to various tragedies.
