Alright then. I got accepted to college today and went to the University and started talking to people about everything. I went to college last year but got sick physically and mentally which made me have a lot of trips in and out of the hospital... No.. not in the pysch ward just seeing alot of different doctors to figure out what was wrong with me... in the end.... Thyroid problems, 2 bone diseases, 1 skin disease, 1 stomach complication, depression and anxiety........ but now that I am on the correct meds things are a lot better... so I wanted to try to go back to school.... so wish my luck... It all begins soon....

Wow that was quite an unfortunate year. Hopefully everythign is better now. As for depression I do not think it is weird with all the medication and problems you were having. _________________

I do still get 881 from the VA every month that I am in school which will go mostly towards the medical bills because when I got diagnosed with everything.. I didnt have any health insurance.. so.... and yes Koku things are better now... haha just lots of pills.. but it beats the alternative... If I wouldnt have gotten my skin disease checked out I would have died from it... _________________ ***I miss the sound of your voice*** |

Wow that is some serious stuff. Good thing it was caught but that is still a lot of issues. Well if everythign is better then it just gives you a story to tell people, and if you become successful there can be a Lifetime movie on the events. _________________

| Yeah that is a hefty dose of things that got thrown your way, but atleast you can get over them. Plus, usually colleges offer you health insurance so your bills should go down assuming you pay the little extra for it. Also... I never got lifetime. I mean, its a station for women, but all of their movies show something bad happening to a woman. Just makes no sense. :p |

Man thats a lot of illnesses. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger! Isn't there in some states (I think) that if you go to college, you can remain under your guardians' health plan? I heard it somewhere when my cousin graduated, but never thought too much of it. Besides, there are probably many regulations and rules on it anyways. _________________ "I know you are here to kill me. Shoot, coward, you are only going to kill a man." |

There are rules about being technically under your parents/guardians while in college still so long as you under the age of 24. The problem is that that she has her own place and been out of school for a little while. that will come into play for sure. _________________ When I visit reality, I go as a tourist

Its actually not done by state, but by insurance plan and company rather. There is a whole mess load of legal loop-holes to go through. I for example have 2 different insurances through my step-father, and one that is my own, all three are valid and recognize i have the others. So when something happens the first one picks up most of it and the other two bring my balance down to zero. |

watch out. those $4 per 30 day fill programs only apply to generic tier medicine. There is only about 400 meds on the forumlary (the list of acceptable medicine the company will cover). So I hope all your medicine falls under those requirements _________________ When I visit reality, I go as a tourist

Well if it does not then you can probably find a generic version, which should work almost if not just as well. If not then hopefully somethign will happen that alows it to be cheap. _________________

| If its stuff like what she is describing, there are at least a couple of them that can be treated with generic medications thus it is a bit more manageable. However, like I said at college you can go under their health insurance plan and it will most likely cost you $15 for true brand medications and $7 for generic. Makes it much more manageable. |

yah before I had insurance my medicines were like 200 dollars so I had to go for like months without them.. I mean I can live without my bone medicine and even my pain meds I can go without for a little while, but like for my skin when I need my meds I need them right then.... If I wait it can go from my skin into my lungs and then attack my heart _________________ ***I miss the sound of your voice*** |
