So there are times when you are eating a food and you look at the package and think to yourself "Why!"

Such as the soba noodles i was making

"WITH YAM!" the package indicated about the noodles.

but zaru soba noodles are made with buckwheat.... i'm confused, was it just this package you were making that said it was made with yam?

Well they are made with buckwheat
evidently they just have yam in them too! They are the very same ones you had at the end of the summer party thing constantine! And for schmall, they are noodles...that are cold...and you dip them in sauce!
