Bands and Their Names.So in the world of music there are some bands with awesome names and others who should have thought about a name a bit more.
If you were to have a band what would you call it?
I seriosuly want to know.

Wrought Iron Roller Coaster!
It would be amazing! I had an awesome name for the cd planned out and everything!
Anyways other than that(which is what i would name my last band, ive been in two.)
One was Torridity we practiced regularly and knew our stuff(i named it), it was a hardcore band.
We were about to start to do stuff when i decided there was too much internal conflict, and stole the bassist and ran.
From there,with me and the bass (i am vocals) i decided to start my own band(the guitarist was thehead of Torridity), gathering a guitarist and a keyboardist. From there we were the fearful Comedy/Death Metal....FEAR UV KAOS!
Though we never recorded it, we were ready to release our awesome single "Bees" (see below).
But we had a few songs such as Bees and Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer.

Billgar, at first I had no idea how to respond to the above lyrics except wtf! Not a bad wtf, but a puzzled, where did that come from wtf. Took a moment to figure it all out right. As for the name of Wrought Iron Roller Coaster! I kind of like it. As for the other name of FEAK UV KAOS, what does it mean. I see a possible freak something chaos, but thats it. little help in understanding please so that I can better appreciate it please.

It is suppose to be FEAR UV CHAOS (as in fear of chaos), they are not allowed to post the initials here though for obvious reasons. It goes well with the randomness that is their songs. For a kind of lame band, Scarred Solstice would be decent, it has a some-what decent ring to it.

Sry, that was a typo, fixed, as you can see on the cd cover though, it is Fear uv Kaos, pronounced Fear of Cows. Yeah and the song is done like death metal, so it might be hard to get it jsut from that. Maybe ill record the vocals later and post it.

Oysterhead is not exactly a normal name, but it is a pretty ok band for random songs. It is made up of three rather well known musicians, the only one I remember off the top of my head is Les Claypool.

My band's name would most definitely be "Three car Pile up" I got it from Scrubs when Elliot Reed said her grandfather died in a three car pile up. JD replied with "that would make a cool band name" and the joke was finished when Elliot replied "that's what he said just before he died."

Thats awesome, i got the Wrought Iron Roller Coaster thing from a game of apples to apples with a similar comment, someone played it and i was like MAN! what an awesome band name!

Death Train Crisis
My friend made it up one day as a folder to fool people that looked at his PSP. I liked it, sounded pretty cool and it makes sense (I think...)
Jayy is in a band right now, but I forgot his group's name. I know his genre is metal, influenced by Bullet for my Valentine and Rise Against (for guitar).

what i loved about being in a hardcore or death metal band was that if you forgot the words....you just said something else.......and noone noticed!!!

That can be true to an extent, some people can pick out the words pretty easily (or after reading the lyrics), but the extremely hard stuff, I swear, is just screaming into the microphone without breaking it. That sometimes isn't singing to me if a song is just that.
