Battle of the buysI feel as though ebay and amazon are both great though amazon seems deceptive. When you are on ebay you are well aware that you are buying from a person, however on Amazon it seems like you are buying from some giant organization...EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE NOT!
Further more what bothers me about the both of them is the fact that they come defaulted in most spellcheckers(though i suppose having amazon makes sense cuz of the river....)
Anyways i use ebay to sell amazon to buy. Dont know why thats jsut how it works.

I use both to buy but it does depend on what I'm buying like for books I use Amazon. I don't use either to sell.... because I have nothing to sell.

I never sell anything and thus I prefer to use amazon over ebay. While I realize amazon is deceptive in who you are buying from, but I do feel a lot more secured buying from amazon as opposed to ebay. Not only do I know how much shipping will cost, but for the most part I also know what to expect. On ebay if you buy something, the description can be deceptive if not a flat out lie (ps2 stuffed with garbage anybody?) but atleast amazon does have a few big corporations that I trust. Heck I ordered wolfs rain volume 6 off amazon from some guy and paid normal shipping, and then it came like 2 or 3 days later. Thus I got the dvd for a total of $10 which is amazing!

I definitely agree on the amazon security feeling though whether it is false or not is another question, and as far as what chippit said, amazon is amazing for books!

I do not use any of them really. If I were to though, it would depend. I think ebay would always be used to sell, but to buy I may buy from either, depending on which one offers the best quality good for little.
