And some poetry

Blatent disrespect for safety
As I rushed up ebon stairs.
Shadows along the corridor
Transmogrifying into fears.

I dashed wearily into my study,
"Would the crimson door not lock!?"
A fitting grave I found myself,
Amoung my books, and in the dark.

My heart hyperbolized its pounding
As their numbers did approach.
Lost to lurid hallucinations,
brought forth by loss of hope.

The darkness manifested pharohs
to be rulers of my grave.
From the stark and stormy bookshelves,
They would soon take all I gave.

I sat myself upon a chair,
Now besotted by my own demise,
I had besieged myself within that room,
Held captive by a legion formed of lies.

Billgar you are truly an awesome artist.
I remeber in class once you were excited because you had drawn something like the most elaborate doodle ever, maybe it was a man in the end, i don't remember.
archaicmessiah

Oh wow, my favorite is the fourth one, 19 in x 52 in mixed media. Still they are all tremendous and great jobs. The self portrait is also done pretty well which is also proof of a great artist.
Koku

Indeed the mixed media one is very good, that and the cut construction paper of the Zetsubou Sensei opening.
Lord_Obagon

My favorite is still the fish because of how huge it was, and that it scared your roommate.
Beanbaker

The fish is cool, but I like the digital CD cover, just because of the image and its... demonic-ness?  It looks cool.
Koku

The acrylic mushroom things are great too. They seem like they would be a great random thing to add to the site.

Alucard_of_The_Helsing

Where is your new creations i mean come on is that all that you have been working on. I know you can do more than that you just need motivation. so here is mine. ... .. do it.
Koku

His new creations are already on the site, you click home, and there you go. Many of his new creations. I suppose he could of shown his wire hand, but he has bad memories with that.

The 19 x 52 is a painting of a clock!

I threw that away though perhaps i should have kept a photo of it, but whatever, it was hard to photograph cuz it was all wirey.
Koku

I suppose, but it was a lot of work I thought. Sure it was one of the more ridiculous things you had to do, it was still something impressive. Now it is dumpster art.
Billgar

IT IS DUMPSTER ART!

But i toss all my stuff(with a few exceptions such as the zetsubou thing)
Anyways unless it is a real gem i discard it to make space.
Koku

It is really funny considering some of them look better than what most people could dream of doing, and yet you care little about it. Some people would be envious you know lol. You could sell them on ebay for a few dollars you know.
Billgar

I dont know about that, though i do know i could sell the zetsubou thing for about 40(ive had offers for 35 but i turned them down as i am a bit attached)

Anyways, but my teachers would flip out, cuz i would do something and they would be all. Thats really good.

Bam i take a photo and throw it away

"Why would you do that!?"

"Well....where do you expect me to keep it?"
Koku

Nice, that is why you should ebay it all, it would get you money and dispose of it all at once, it would be ingenious.
Billgar

It is hard to sell your own art on ebay though, at cons it would be easier.
Schmall

Nothing with trying to sell this amazing art work on the internet.  It only takes one agent with connects to see and like your art.

Sorry for the delay in responding to this thread.  you do have awsome art here.  The first one, the self portiat, is an eye grabber for sure.  You just have to check out the entire pic to be sure you are getting it all right for it is something hard to simply look at like most art.
Billgar

I dont really look like that anymore anywyas XD. but thanks,.
Schmall

The artist is the nastiest and pickiest critic of his work.
Koku

Well in Billgar's case yes, but there are some who are very unpicky and produce rubbish.
Schmall

Allow me to rephrase then please,

A TRUE artist is the nastiest and pickiest critic of his work.

There, thats better.
Koku

Indeed that is much better. Most artist should try to find ways to get better, but there are a few who do. It is sad as it means they may not improve as much as otherwise. However some are so good as to not need to critic themselves badly. I do not know, I am not an artist.
Billgar

I just give up on something once its done, and try to do as amny genres as i can. While i like the zetsubou art i dont care about the rest. Four or five years from now i might though.
