Hoping on the cart to Ordior, Koorlic looks outside at the sites below him, as well as the town. Traveling quickly, the cart eventually reaches Ordior where it lowers itself and then lands, letting Koorlic out. The place is lit up by lanterns along the street that throw shadows over the dark cobblestone buildings. The people appear to be somewhat similar to those from the capital, keeping busy and to themselves. There are a few people selling wares in a small area, much like a bazaar.

I quickly take in the scene as i head towad the bazaar. After arriving there i quickly set about trying to find any leads that will lead me to the black market. i also watch out of the corner of my eyes for any shady deallings.
Koku
asking rather obviously Koorlic does not find any clues about the black market. The closest thing to a shady dealing going on is between two people who are being rather quiet and using very little hand gestures while making a deal. It is not clear how legal the deal is. Soon Koorlic realizes there are people now watching him, he should be a little more discrete or else he may get caught.
Koorlic
after taking note of the people who are watching me i set off down a nearby alley and then take the closest turn to me and wait to see if i am followed. i also ready my self for an attack incase those watching me decide to try something.
Koku
Koorlic is not followed, of if he is, it is not closely. It seems he is safe to talk discretly to some people, but he will need to be careful.

i go back to the bazaar and discreetly ask about for any dealers in powders of unusual sorts and if known about where t hey can be found.
Koku
Most of the men look strangely at the stranger, and seem to look around carefully. As Koorlic starts to walk, a person bumps into him and walks away. Koorlic finds a note in a sleeve and reads it. "To find out more on the powder come to the building where the shadows fall first."
Koorlic
i quickly look for the tallest building in the city. once spotted i make my way to the top and then scout out the smallest building closest to the city walls in the direction that the sun rises.

Going to the building it seems pretty normal. There are a couple guards outside, showing this building to be of some importance. As Koorlic approaches the guards, they look at him and draw their weapons. "Who are you and what is your purpose for being here!"
Koorlic
"I'm just looking for the best view of the city." i say as i put my hands in my pockets and look as inocent as possible. if this doesnt work i will walk away and try to find another view of the jcity perhaps from the top of the wall.
Koku
Finding that does not work he soon turns around. He sees the guy from before walking over, "relax guys, he is with me." With that the guards allow both Koorlic and the man to pass on through. Inside are many more people all wearing dark colored clothing while wearing hoods to hide their identity. Looking around there seems to say a lot contraband in some of the side rooms.
"You are asking about something that can get you, as well as many others in trouble. That is a problem. Furthermore, we can not trust that you will not blab about it. The only way for you to even think about getting some would be to join us, The Silver Tongues. We plan to make this place better for all of us, even if not be necessarily legal means. Let me talk to the higher ups and see what they want to do." As he says that he leads Koorlic into an empty room where he then leaves him and locks the door. He soon returns to see the same man as well as three others come by.
"So, do you want to join us, or will you leave empty handed, the higher ups seem to be impressed with your strength and think you may be helpful.
Koorlic
"Iwould gladly join you in your quest to make this place better." i say looking around curiously. Snapping my attention back to the man with a serious look on my face i say, "And I do not blab about anything as long as im asked not to."
Koku
"Well then you shall take on one of the higher ups here. His name is Lakiar, he follows under the Captain of this town. He is tall, and weild's a gladius that shines in the sun with a brilliant golden hue. Kill him, bring back his sword and with head on it, and then come back. He should be exploring around town. He is wearing a tan cloak and has red hair, very unusual here. His face is scarred from many past fights. Good luck." With that the men take Koorlic and throw him outside to go hunt.

i quickly regain my posture and take off into the city to find anyone with a tan cloak and red hair. and if i cannot find him i discreetly ask around for a man with red hair and a scarred face.
Koku
Looking around there are many people in tan cloaks, a few of which are tall. It is hard to tell which one is the right man. Searching for a while it seems all but fruitless. It was not until he was about to ask someone for assistance finding Lakiar that koorlic found his target busy talking to a guy.
Koorlic
i quickly duck out of site and wait till lakiar finishes his conversation. once he is finished i quickly run up behind him andgrab his gladius from its sheath and stab him in the stomache with it.
Koku
trying to grab the gladius his efforts are in vain as Lakiar sees him coming. He turns around to face Koorlic and slashes at him quickly up the chest, causing immense damage. "You fool, how dare you try to grab my weapon. Whoever you are, you shall not live!" With that the man gets ready to square off again.

laughing at the him and his attack i send my lump bird to cloud his vision and while that is happening ii draw my gladius and relentlessly attack his chest and legs knowing that with dew drop in his face he cant se everything coming.

As dew drop distracts Lakiar, koorlic moves into the attack. Koorlic and lakiar swing at the same time, but at different opponents. While Koorlic manages to hit Lakiar a lot, Lakiar lands clean hits on dew drop killing the bird instantly. The two wounded warriors look at eachother in anger as they prepare to square off again.

tightening my grip on my gladius i look quickly at dew drops corpse and feel the anger well within me. i quickly run up to him and slash angrily at his throat following up with a lunge to stab through his stomache so that the acids will do more damage to his other organs and then swing down towards his head with all my might.

Koorlic rushes in fast and attacks Lakiar fast, making Lakiar barely able to respond with a counter attack before being knocked again. When all is settled with that barrage of attacks, Lakiar has a new cut on his throat and minor cuts everywhere else, and Koorlic just has a couple moderate cuts.

"I thought you would be stronger!" i say as i step in slicing at his chest then i bring my gladius around in a sweep towards his legs followed by an over head arch coming down on his right shoulder.

"You arrogant fool! You shall die here, there is no escaping it!" With that Lakiar takes Koorlics blow into one side, catches the blade with his left hand, and then quickly brings his own blade down into Koorlic's shoulder cutting deep. Eventually, Koorlic is freed with a week kick to the stomach, giving Lakiar an advantage in attacking first."

"so your quick ive seen people i would dare step into a fight with again compared to them your nothing." i move as fast as i can and attack his chest relentlessly with all my strength and anger finishing by slicing for his sword hand trying to make him drop his galdius.

Koorlic charges fast and lands another devastating barrage of attacks, but does not hit the sword wielding hand. Lakiar barely has time to respond, but does manage to cut Koorlic's chest moderately, adding a new gouge to the collection.

thinking quicklyi flip my sword so that the blade sticks out of the bottom of my hand and i give lakiar a bear hug and stab my gladius into hs back at the same time before dropping him to the ground and swinging for his neck

Koorlic attempts to give Lakiar a bear hug but gets pushed back before any more than a scratch can be laid on Lakiar. Lakiar retaliates with a powerful cut across Koorlic's abdomen, making Koorlic feel true pain.

flipping my sword back the right way i run up to him and simultaneously bring my knee into his groin and my sword down on his shoulder following up with a slash across the throat

Both warriors charge at each other, with intent to kill. Koorlic's groin kick misses, but his hit into Lakiar's shoulder more than makes up for it. Lakiar however, manages to land a hit that is almost as lethal into Koorlic, piercing straight through his gut, cutting a few major organs. Blood comes out of both warrior's mouths, as they fall down. Koorlic soon wakes up bandaged in the building he was in before, still very badly hurt. "Well done, you earned yourself a new mission." Says the very familiar face.

"a new mission what about the old one was that not enough?" i asked sitting up looking around for my weapon.
Koku
"You arrogant fool, there is a reason you were not patched up well. You WILL do as we say, and you will not be killing any of us! you get your weapon back when you go off on the next mission."
Koorlic
"how many of your test missions are there does everybody have to kill a higher up and then do more?" i say with an angry look upon my face i wait or them to tell me my next mission

"Only those deemed worthy. Now then," the guy says taking out a small pouch, "here is something needed for your next mission. In side is black powder that when lit on fire, will explode with tremendous force. Go put this pouch outside the guard headquarters and light the string attached to it on fire. Run away fast or else you may end up dead. Oh, and do not try any funny business, you came this far, it would be sad to have to get rid of such a promising member."

"where is the gaurd head quarters?" i ask taking the pouch from the man and tucking it in my belt.
Koku
"It is located by the Northeast Gate, just one block inwards. It is a large building with tall doors. There will be two guards outside the doors so do not get caught." With that two large man grab Koorlic and throw him outside.
Koorlic
"hey dont i get my gladius back?" i yell. once my gladius is returned i move out to the designated building and watch the guard for a while to see if the have a routine that they follow
Koku
They quickly throw the gladius out at Koorlic cutting into the ground right by Koorlic's feet.
Koorlic
having the black powder in hand and having no true afiliation with this group i quickly return to the flying carriage telling the driver to take us home.
Koku
quickly getting in a carriage, Koorlic soon leaves. Within a few minutes, a few people can be seen trying to shoot bows up at the carriage but not doing much damage at all. Koorlic makes it back to the capital safely.
