Burn!Well more like burns... all over my arm and fingers!
So if you didn't already know I work in my college's kitchen/cafeteria The Dining Hall and have for over 2 years now. This past weekend I was asked to extend my hours and work during the week at the Bengal's Grill, which is like a small snack stand thing in the student lounge, so I agreed more hours = more money, makes everyone happy.
Today was my second day working at the grill, I'm just going to say that for what they have going on in there it's a bit tight/small. In the center theres a counter top with a pizza cooker thing on top and the garbage is under it. After I cut chicken I was throwing the bad parts away and my arm touched a part of the pizza oven, so now I have a red swishish mark on my arm.
Then I was cleaning the grill, that has to stay hot if you want it to come clean easily, so it was all going fine until the hot liquid splashed onto my fingers, luckily I was wearing gloves because it's not good to get the cleaning stuff on your skin, so I quickly took the glove off. Now I have little dots of burn on my fingers!
Neither of the burns hurt or bothered me in anyway... they were both kinda my fault anyway for not fully paying attention I guess.
But then at home I was moving some fabric and the bottom of my arm, the one that has a burn on the top from the pizza oven, slid over the tip of the hot iron. Now that arm has two red marks on it, one on either side.
Today was just the day for me to be working around super hot things. :/

Jeesh Chippit! Looks the new semester already doesnt like you  Thats okay, they say what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger. Just remember to watch out for those hot things, and dont get involved with anything that requires luck for a little while seeing as you have none at the moment.
