I've just been banned from WoWI know WoW is our mortal enemy, but here is an other reason to hate it. After not playing for several months, if not a year, I recently received an email saying that I have been banned for "Access to this account has been permanently disabled for exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation" Now I tell you... how the heck can someone who has been absent for such a long exploit the WoW economy? The fools.

LMAO!! They advertise themselves as the ultimate RPG and you are not allowed to do as you wish?!?! Besides, if you found a loop hole, fine, admin fix it and let you keep playing. If it is in the game and you just like to make money instead of questing, so what? At least you are giving them money! Jeesh?
So did they explain exactly what is going on? I know it is next to pointless to actually email them back. I would find a CEO phone number and start calling the main HQ over and over again until you get results. Be fun in my opinion.

Well like I said I haven't played for nearly a year and I posted what details they gave me. Now if it was valid and my account was used to exploit the economy, I would have support this action as it makes it so its fair for everybody. However, since it wasn't use that way its just like... what the crap happened? o_O
As for finding a CEO number, that would probably be impossible as that seems like information that they wont readily share as WoW is just such a big game.

lol, sorry. didnt fully understand the pos. now I do.
As for making phone calls, what I meant was calling the HQs were the actually head people work. Not just random call centers that do technical support. Go straight for a supervisor and talk about getting all of your account up and going. If nothing else, you can find out if your account was hacked. That is prlly the problem.

Or you can just get them to look through their logs, search for the last time the id was used, track the ip, ban it , and keep it monitored. There are plenty of easy ways to fix this. One of the easiest is just to delete the account, but banning is pretty much the same thing so all is well.
