LISTEN, especially you TKThere is an unwritten etiquette when it comes to individuals who work to produce something for an online community. DONT COMPLAIN!
Here the thing. If we open up a thread asking for feedback on something, feel free to be honest.
Also, I will use Schmall as an example. (Schmall dont take this in a bad way, you are fine and this is a positive comment) Schmall is greedy! He wants his character to be awesome, and he wants this site to be awesome. He asks for ALOT, most of the stuff, i have to just say, well it would only really aid him or him and one other, so ill have to decline, but for some other things, they are valid, and i take them into consideration. His suggestions are made in earnest desire for his own advancement, but with the site in mind.
comments that are NOT acceptable are things such as "this site is not to my liking". Great now that you got that off your chest, Im sure you can leave with no regrets. Im more than willing to reconsider changes and make additions(as all of you know), and I feel that i do so with a fair amount of reasonability. However a a blatant and outright INSULT to the site such as "this site is not to my liking" is unacceptable. I encourage new members to join and i want to see a thriving community.
I have done things such as loosened the structural policies to make the game more free and enjoyable. I illustrate all the items and plan out new abilities, run games, and hold events. I dedicate an enormous amount of time to LE (yes this sounds pompous and high but nothing is untrue), so i feel that I have every right to be completely upset over this matter.
I will say these two things now as strait forward as i can.
If you like LE then stay and enjoy your time with us.
IF YOU HATE THE SITE THEN LEAVE!

No offense taken. I know a large chunk of what I say directly effects myself and maybe one or two others. I would be shocked if all i have to say goes into effect. Jeesh, this site would be complete chaos if you always listen to my Billgar!! I only expect to be heards and maybe see results because others like what I have to say. Thats all I ask.
And Billgar, you are doing a great job. Pleas let Koku and other others respond before you do again so can be reminded just how much the site as a whole really does appreciate your work. You have to look out for the whole, not each and every individual. All big bosses have to make that tough desicion.
