It might be a cavity or a random tooth pain. As chippit suggested there are gels and whatnot, but if it persists you should consult a doctor and or a pair of pliers.

Oh that is not too bad. I have weakish enamel so my teeth may randomly start hurting, especially after eating cold things. How did you manage to bump your teeth, or did you just bite into somethign kind of hard?

Speaking of tooth pains, has anyone ever had, or known someone with, an impacted tooth? I've only heard about it, but nonetheless sounds painful.
