Provinces of Noctedid I miss something some where that is suppose to tell what this forum is about. The Provinces of Nocte forum. Is it the section used to grant people "Land" due to obtaining ranks? Just curious really and have no real idea besides guesses at what is going on?
If it is "Land" when will it be developed? Or will it remain empty and barren?

Provinces of Nocte sound like different areas in Nocte aside from just the capital. While some people can become governor of the area, I do not believe that the land is necessarily theres. It will most likely be similar to Billgar and the capital so they will be in charge, but not necessarily own all the areas if this is making sense. People will oversee the areas, but it will just be an other place to post about happenings and things. :X Sorry if this is confusing, also I am just speaking out of speculation.

Well archs right. Obagon (in case you didnt notice his name), will be on more and will rule over the province of Kishinston
ill add a how to section eventually.....
Basically you rule the land and cal hold RPs in the subforum or whatever. Think of it like your own mini-capital. You could even set up an alternative tavern in the new town if you wanted too, but its all up to the governor. Kishinston will be up soon.......

So the towns are semi-non-structured RPs, like the tavern, except the governor is more of the "overseer", although he can participate as a GM and/or his/her normal character?

The towns and HOW they are RPed is governed by the Governor of the province. So if they are lax with it, then they are lax, if they are strict they are strict, it is up to them.

Now I better understand what is going on. I was expecting that it was someone was gonna be in charge of different parts within that forum. I was just speaking up to be sure and be sure that all saw it the same way. thanks
