Billgar

Sand tombI wander through a desert with a sword at my side after having spent days of work forging orbs from all the souls i had gathered. the dunes are high, and the wind mild. clusters of sand brush against my face burning my cheeks. I see a black scorpion shuffle by, it pays me no heed. a shadowy figure is seen over the wavy horizon. someone is coming, who?
Archaic
"So hot. Need water!" Moments before collapsing Archaic sees a former companion in front of him. "Billgar! What are you doing in the desert? Well I guess that doesn't really matter... do you have any water I can have? =D"
Lord_Obagon
"Drink from this!" These are the words that Archaic hears as he feels the sharp pain from the large cactus that is now stuck to the back of him.
Billgar

i ready my sword, but slump over from the heat. sweat drips down my brow.

"I see you are all doing well," I sarcastically stay staring at the group. "I wanted to see how long I could wait before joining but apparently, that was not long. The biggest problem is that your heads are not covered. Yet another one of the great things about the cloak. You will fair much better if you cover your heads." I hand Billgar a canteen still kind of cool for now, but slowly becoming warmer and warmer. "You seem like you can use this more than me."
Archaic
"Hey I needed that canteen! And will someone help get this d$%& cactus of my back... its not therapeutic at all! By the way, why did you do that Obagon, that's not a very nice way to say hello. :D" Archaic thusly unsheaths his blade and cuts at the cactus planted firmly in his back, knocking it off. After he tries as hard as he can and gets out a grand majority of the spikes out from his back, leaving only one of two in that he couldn't get out. "I could wear the cactus on my head... it can be a head tonton. Thanks Obagon."
Billgar
i keep my sword unsheathed, looking at obagon as i feel malicious intent emanating from his person
Lord_Obagon
You really would be doomed in a desert Archaic. Don't you know that cacti are full of water.
Koku
"Please, he is beyond hope. Now then, what are you planning Billgar." As I say this I lift up the cloak a little so that I can see. I am looking at Billgar analyzing all the possibilities that would make sense. I then look around at the others, carefully studying them. I then drop my cloak's hood again, hiding my eyes, and therefor allowing for no information to be leaked from them.

my sword angled down in my right hand, i look down, and put out my left hand beckoning everyone to be quiet. a quickly step to the side as a small lizard shaped entity(about a foot in length) leaps fourth from the sand. i raise my blade up in a slashing moion cutting it in two. no blood. i look down at the rusted object that has now been cleaved in half. a mechanical creature of sorts. the sand starts to shift all around us, as the scurry about. im careful not to move my feet, thinking that like so many other tunneling creatures, they must see via vibrations. i whisper "what in the name of Thor are all you doing in the middle of the desert? I shouldnt even be here myself. I was out looking for new weapons technology, and stumbled accross this find. these things keep pushing me further into the desert. there are simply too many of them."
Archaic
"Well lets say we just follow them and maybe they will lead us to the source. Hey who knows maybe we will even be able to get a few mechanized pets of our own. Either way it does appear to be a more advanced technology than what we are used to so it would be fun nonetheless. And I'll have you know I know that cacti are filled with water! they still hurt when their in your back though :(
Koku
"Following them would not be a smart idea, they are very numerous, and even the thing is bothersome when there are numerous of them. If we were to follow them, there is a large chance of dying. Even the little ant can kill when there are many of them, and these things are much worse than ants. Just stand still and let them pass. I think the biggest thing to do is to not follow them, but to find the source. I would imagine it being close to the center of the desert, where not many travelers come back alive. Partly from stupidity, but now I see it is partly from them. There is no doubt that more sophisticated things are here, and will be guarding the location."
Archaic
"But if they lead us to the source wont we be following them? You just contradicted yourself haha. I outsmarted Jungle, I outsmarted Jungle! Well lets get going."
Koku
"You fool, you did not outsmart me, you just jumped to a conclusion. Who is to say they are heading back to the head quarters." I say in a matter of fact fashion. "There is a chance that they are heading to a different area, either to set us up in a trap from thinking like yours Archaic, or they may be doing something else that they were assigned to do from the leader. Do not jump to your conclusion."
Billgar
"all valid thoughts, that why i havent made much progress" you see they are easy to fight, but they hit relatively heavy, and there are countless numbers of them. thats why ive been pushed back you see. Im not actually quite sure what do it. it doesnt seem like we so much have to option of what to do with them as they are decided what to do with us."
Koku
"Hm, there is a way to make us take control, for a little while. I may look scrawny, but I do have some strength behind me. Billgar, I think it is best if you and Archaic move on ahead. Maybe Obagon too, but it may be best if he tries to help me. I believe we can stall for a good enough time for you to escape with very few following if we launch you far enough. I figure if you stand on my scythe I may be able to throw you about 100 feet away, and only a couple feet on the ground, allowing he impact to be minimal, as long as you roll." When it comes down to it, I will go right before getting hurt too seriously. I will find some tree to jump into. Obagon, if you stay, the chances of escaping is better, as there will be less to track us."
Lord_Obagon
"We have too make sure that none of them follow. It seems that they are working like a hive mind, so if even one of them knows they all know. You send them ahead Jungle. I shall begin with the crushing. " I lift my axe from my back and slam it down with tremendous force sending a large tremor through the ground. "Now hurry up! I can hear them coming."
Koku
"Hm, yeah," as I say that I do not let Billgar have to much time to react before launching him ahead, far enough as to make the vibrations minimal compared to Bbagon. I do the same thing with Archaic. "Now the fun begins, let's see just how many we can take. I bet you I can destroy more than you. Oh and you two," shouting to Billgar and Archaic, while not facing them to throw off any mechanical lizards that may be able to track them some how, "you better not fail."
Billgar
*mentally questions where the hell Jungle is going to find a tree in the desert*
"k...so archaic, what just happened? i guess we are supposed to wander off ahead?"
*looks to see nothing but sand stretching out for miles without end*
"...right."
Archaic
"Yeah I don't know either. They kinda just mumbled to themselves about us having to do something and not failing, but I'm just gonna stop cause I'm soo confused. Oh well lets just hide and watch them in their futility trying to do whatever they're trying to do." Archaic begins to sit back and relax.
Billgar
"k, i think im going to kill jungle just for the hell of it. i dont see much else going on, and he did jsut throw me." I sneak up behind jungle and slash him down the back.
Koku
"You idiot, this is no time to turn on me," I say managing to hold down some blood. "New plan, everyone into my mystery bag, let's see where they take us." With that I pull the bag over Obagon and wait for the other two to get in, keeping the top closed before the lizards get in. "Let's see where they will take us."
