SporeBillgar, now I want to buy spore and play too :( Do you have the regular or the galactic version thinger? They're the same price on Apple's website, and I have no idea what the difference is.

Galactic version comes with dvds and books and a guide by national geographic and stuff. Regular version is the disk to play the game. I dont even have the disk..... you caqn buy all amc games from gametreeonline for cheaper and jsut download them and play right away without having to travel!

What do you do it it gets HAPPY KITTENS!!!!!! up and you have to reinstall though?

Gotcha, I'm downloading it now, and unfortunately have another 3.5 hours to wait >.<
In any case right now I'm playing with the creature creator trial thing from the spore website and I'm having fun making cute little things, like a thing with antlers and a hula skirt ^_^

Well you seem to be very excited. you can use the creature test area to make motion gifs of your creatures too and post them online! woot!

How do you set it up so that the mac displayes the characters? I have the trifecta of mandarin languages on but it doesnt seem to display in firefox.

in firefox go to view and then character encoding and change it to chinese simplied and then stuff shows up, you might have to refresh, i can't remember. also I'm feeling pretty against the shift key right now.

Double post I guess since it's about something different than my last post:
Bill, you know the devourer achievement for eating 50 species, I checked it out and I got that before I even went to the tribe stage XD.
Also do you ever finish space or do you keep going?

Im not sure, but from what I recall....you jsut keep going. forever. Its pretty massive.
