Just letting everyone know that I'm still alive and havn't forgotten about LE. I've just been extremely busy for a while. I actually still am busy so I'll probably disappear for a while again :(
Like I just said I have busy week ahead of me. Have to read 6 chapters for one class, a bunch of poems for the next, need to write a 3-5 scene script and on top of all my school work I'm trying to write 18,000 words in aproximatly ten days mainly for my own amusment just to see if I can do it.
Next month I'll be just as busy for not only do I have write a few term papers that are going to be very long, I'm also participating in the NaNoWriMo {national novel writing month} where I'm going to try and write a whole novel in a month from Nov. 1st - Nov 30th 50,000 words. That's going to be fun.

I also just got back Sunday morning from an amzing concert in Worcester. I'll just say I'm still sore and my ears are still ringing, but in the best ways possible

Nice well despite your business it seems like things are going well and your career as a writer is well under way. Everyone on LE has been fairly busy with life as of late, though recently i have been making some time to gt things done, and while not adding any visuals am at least trying to keep up with adding new stuff or events.

Yes I am coming back to LE now that my gaming craze is dwindling down again. Besides, I can not allow my scythe to become rusty... It is already angry at getting very little good blood as of late and as such is demanding some.

So do I. Still working on the 20k words thing, but I have time and it will get done... hopefully by the dead line. I swear if I wasn't taking my American Reniassance class I'd be able to do a lot more faster than I'm currently able to.
I'm surprising myself by actually being on LE right now.

CHyeah. Today was the deadline for that 20k story and bam I did it. It wasn't completly written until 6:30 this morning and I didn't get done editing it until around 4, and just sent it out about a half hour ago but the point is I wrote over 20 thousands words in a matter of less than a week {from the day I actually started writing it}. I'm quite happy with myself right now.

Wow that is very impressive, how is the context itself. Within one week it may be hard to develop somethign that is really good, as it usually takes authors months. Did you skip school to write it?

Nice, very congrats, that is quite a feat! My girlfriend says that its impossible(even after you did it)....which is a good thing.....

The story itself is good I had it all planned out before I actually started writing it so that helped a lot, and I only missed one class because I stayed up into the extremely early hours {5,6, sometimes 7 and all my morning classes are at 9:30} of the morning pretty much everyday. I got like no sleep last week.
I also thought it would be impossible which is really why I did it.
It was really good practice for the 50k next month.

Wow 50k next month... have fun with that one./ I do not want to have to write that much until my senior thesis, and even then I will only be writing maybe a 10th of that.

I'm just glad I'm not the only one that will be attempting the 50k. It's for the NaNoWriMo, since next month is national novel writing month a lot of people take the challenge and try to do it.

Though I was able to do the 20k I'll be reading Moby Dick three out of four weeks next month... it's going to be so much fun :/

Yeah I think mine will be less fun. I am thinking about doing it on the psychology behind questions, such as the wording and the order the questions are asked. It will be a lot of work but it will be interesting to me.
