sorry, failed to mention that my tactic is used for when you spend the time to make a good dish that takes time to make. Like a spaghitti and meatballs or something. Lasanga is a good example too. I made stuffed shells last week. The idea is to do one batch of cooking and only one batch of dishes. Just need to wash what you used once rather than everynight.
