That sounds like it may be good, but also sounds like a lot of work. I like the fake stuff a lot. It is not too strong any way (it may be because I lack a sense of taste now for some reason). Still, ice tea made the way it should be must be very good, and probably much better then ice coffee. No matter what it would be tastier then lemonade for me.
