*Archaic pushes himself up and feels sluggish and embarrassed. Jumping to conclusions like he did only shows that he still has a long way to go and desperately needs more training and more knowledge. Looking around he cannot see the girl any more and decides to continue his journey, this time heading east.*

"Well that was dreadful eh. Still, I didn't hear or see her approach, and the way she left makes me think there is something different about her. Perhaps I should just be extra cautious."

*Archaic takes his gladius in hand and starts to look around to try to find something out of the ordinary.*

Archaic having been out for some time comes to his senses. Drawing his gladius at the ready, be hears a tustling coming from the brush near by. As Beanbaker enters the same field as archaic, they make quick eye contact.

*Archaic responds quickly by throwing his gladius at the eyes looking back at him, and he tries to pull it back before hitting Beanbaker.*

"Sorry about that, but this is not the kind of environment one waits for before attacking. Although, we have postponed our fight for a bit, so why not take care of it here where the souls will be at their strongest... nah forget about it. Out passes are one time use only, and that would just suck for both of us. Either way, I'm heading east, make your choice to follow or go your own way. Whatever you choose is fine by me, but if you follow I want you to stay 20 paces back and walk SILENTLY."

*Archaic does not wait for any responses from Beanbaker before going on his way, making sure to cautiously move through the forest while trying to train his senses to detect when forces are around him.*
