Intro to the Ranking System

Updates

RANKS Have been updated! I apologize to those who lost theirs, but i decided that i didnt see enough rank advancement, due to all the customs, i believe there are only 2 custom ranks out their other than my own at the moment, and that is due to their status and length on the site. Work hard to rank up, as your

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RANK BONUSES, YOU MAY REQUEST THE BONUS FOR YOUR CURRENT RANK.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST RANK BONUSES.

The Chain of Command

Ranks

Rotten Bale of unsalted Meat-Stuff- Ignored politically
Established House Fly- An annoying buzz in the ears of the court
Flea-Ridden Peasant- Part of the populace, not very important
Enslaved Farmer- At least you have a job
Farmer- A well respected citizen
Merchant to the Court of His Majesty- Your requests may be heard by the court
Knight- A political Figure
Captain- A political figure that may be heard by His Eminence
Samurai- A political figure that may request there own portion of lands
Baron- A ruling political figure that may be given power within His Eminence's court
Daimyo- Lowest rank in the imperial court
Governor- Will be given control over a large domain
Counselor-A powerful member of the court
Grand Counselor-In direct contact with the Emperor, his words are not to be taken lightly
Warlord-His word is to be taken as that of the Emperor
Honorary Retired Emperor- A rank of great distinction

Special Ranks

His Emminence the Emperor- Lord of all, maker of laws, keeper of the treasury
The Dark Lord- An infamous political figure
Captain of the Imperial Guard- In supreme command of all sanctioned combat activities
Elite Guard- Able to serve as the judge in both Arena and Colosseum
Arena Guard- Able to judge within the Arena

Negative Ranks

Radical- A member of society you has been convicted of a crime
Fugitive- A detested criminal
Exile- One who has been banished from the realm for misconduct or unspeakable deeds

Bonuses that Come with Titles

Awards

Knight- 100 GC and a lacrimabilis
Captain- Opportunity to join the Imperial Guards
Samurai- A set of 'Aluminum Plate' armor
Baron- A set of 'Bronze Plate' armor
Daimyo- 1 MC
Governor- (Plot of land) Own Sub Forum Category
Counselor- Moderator Status in area of choice + Orsa
Grand Counselor-2 MC
Warlord- ????????????

Penalties

Radical- warning and loses 20% of currency
Fugitive- warning and loses 100% of currency
Exile- banned

I am glad that I have my special rank, but I still can't help think about what I am missing. Oh well, I suppose that the good outweighs the bad.

I would liek to think that it is because of my hard work and from me being the Captain of the Imperial Guard. It makes it sound a lot less bad that way.
