My exact queston...
As for spinach in general, yuk! I have tried it different ways and decided I cant stand the stuff. no offense, but the stuff you are talking about sounds nasty.
so please, do explain what it is so that i dont sound so horrible. _________________ When I visit reality, I go as a tourist

Hmm kind of hard to explain, but it sort of resembles a fluffier, less bitter, and drier version of creamed spinach... which sounds pretty gross, but it's actually quite tasty, and aside from the amount of butter you have to use when making it, it's pretty healthy ^_^ and spinach is to tasty ^_^ with a bit of butter and salt on top, yum _________________

Good luck with the souffle. I heard they could be tricky to make (I would have no idea all I cook is everyone's favorite spaghetti-o's). As for the spinach, sounds alright so long as they aren't very moist (with the water they come in), but since its baked, it sounds like it could be good. _________________ "I know you are here to kill me. Indeed, the spinach souffle soudns rather icky to me, but I too hate spinach. I will stick to regular salad if I were to have any leafy substance. _________________
