okay, before posting this I have searched the classes sub-forum and tripled check the "how to"

My question is this; When you advance in classes, does the bonuses stack? Looking at the bonuses, I would assume no.

no they do not. Considering that you are only one class at a time (even the advanced is still only the advanced class not that plus the basic class), you will only get the bonuses for that class. Otherwise it may be a little too much and harder to keep track of.
