So gyoza are just an awesome food. Wether deep fried or boiled, either way it is amazing yet totally different. Gyoza are are like pork and some vegetables. mixed together and then cooked inside of this very thin dough type thing. Boiled you dip then in soy sause and they become awesome, deep fried, dipped or not they are fantastic.

That sounds like it would look interesting and possibly taste very good. To be honest I am not a big pork eater, but that sounds too good to pass up. I wonder if there is any place that has them around Worcester.

It kind of sounds like dumplings.. which are good, except dumplings don't have the vegetables inside the dough.
I think I'm gonna try to find somewhere that have those so I can try them... though I don't think I'll have much luck up here. :(

Yeah I think that it will be hard to find them any around here too. Where we are there is not many places that serve authentic food like that, and I am too lazy to try to make them myself.

I just bought all of the ingredients today so you can find them here, ie Asian market. I can also say that they are incredible.

After seeing the pictures in the wiki article, I think I saw Jayy's mom making some one day, and they smelled great.  I was sad to leave for Jayy is very stingy with food, as he likes to eat in front of me.

Billgar, half a block away from me there's a dumpling place that makes them from scratch, I haven't tried their fried ones, but the steamed one's a pretty good, you guys should come down sometime and we can go grab some, they were pretty cheap too
