Gintama 119 Spoilers

So even though it is a huge spoiler please read this summary fo episode 119 of gintama which i just finished, completely ignoring 74-118

So Smoking is outlawed on the entirety of earth! the problem is that hijikata is heavily addicted. Havng to leave the planet to smoke he boards an intergalactic plane and heads out into space. Another passenger asks him where he is going.

"I am going to planet Namek.....TO SMOKE!"

Once getting there he finds the land in ruin and a single man remains. this elderly Namekian produces a single cigarette in a golden case, that was the last one made by his dead son, who was a tobacco farmer. His grandson appearing pleads with the old man not to give it away. Hijikata listens as they tell him the story of how Frieza came to planet Namek and destroyed it killing everyone and how there was no tobacco.

Back on the space plane the same man asks Hijikata where he is going now

"To Kill....FRIEZA!"

Showing up on some foreign planet, Hijikata jumps in and after frieza charges up for a bit and goes to attack, Hijikata cuts him down with his sword. Frieza Gives Hijikata the four line Sticky-Sticky Ball before he dies. Looking off to the side, Goku is lamenting Krillins death. After talking with Goku for a bit, Hijikata finds out that Krillin has some cigs back at his house.

Back on the plane again this time with goku, the fly to another planet and fight Cel in order to get the other Sticky Sticky Balls. Putting them together Goku comments that one is mroe slimy than sticky. SUmmoning the dagon it turns out to just be the Wet-Wet dragon.

Hijikata making his wish summons fourth the dead father of the boy so that they will give him the cigarette. Howe ver the father is all slimy and zombie ish so they dont give it to him. Hijikata quits smoking.

Wow that actually sounds hilarious and I am dying to see how the gintama team handles the character models for the DBZ crew. I mean the art is just so completely different that it would be amazing! Still Hijikata without his cigs... I don't even wanna know what that would look like as he is a smoker in every iteration anime iteration he is in.

Man that would just be so great to see that episode. I really might need to watch it. I can only imagine that Hijikata will be smoking in the future, and if not then it will only be time before he just joins Katsura in overthrowing the government so he could smoke (mostly a joke). Besides, while he might smoke a lot, the key thing that describe him with in the Jumpfesta 2005 episode is that he is constantly looking. So while he may smoke a lot, obviously it is his key sense of attention that is the most distinguished feature of his. I do not even want to know what he would do if they outlawed mayo...
