That's right, I made an epic hamburger today. Lemme describe it to you folks
Foccacia herb bread from the green market
Sauteed onions and garlic
Sauteed spinach
Tomato
Burger meat with garlic and olive oil
Another piece of foccacia
^______^
It was amazingly good
Gotta love the greenmarket, I bought tons of veggies today and it was all actually pretty cheap for as amazingly good as it all is ^_^
yay for not eating ramen for dinner tonight!

| WEll, alot of nights we dont eat ramen here as i cook alot. Anyways, that aside, recently i was considering making a 2lb burger(single patty), but i probably won't, in that same thread i still think that burgatos are superior to hamburgers. |

Indeed the mighty burgato may be superior and I must have one soon. As for making a great hamburger, I am too lazy to cook so I just go to the DC for food. Unfortunately the burgers there are horrible so I am in despair. I am jealous of you. I wish I was not lazy so that I could make myself a burger that sounds as good as that one. _________________

| It has nothing to do with being lazy or not, if you cook for more than just yourself and if you want to eat more than ramyun and there is no one else to cook for oyu, you just kinda do it. BURGATO! |

A burgato is a potato covered in hamburger so it looks almost like a ball and the cooked on either a grill or a stove. I have found out that this works best by doing it to several small potatoes instead of one large one. Overall it is a way to interestingly eat hamburger and potatoes at the same time. It is also amusing to see if family members try them beleiving that you just made meat balls. _________________ "So they want to kill my men? Well two can play at that game."
