Approaching the closed doors of the Bank of Nocte you see a sign posted on the door.

Due to a recent break in and theft of funds from the bank, intrest shall not be distributed this month, in addition, the bank shall remain closed until further notice. Please rest assured that closing the bank temporarily and moving all the funds to the inner most vault is the best action in order to safely guard you funds. Please check your balances to make sure that no money was stolen from your account. If so we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but would like to remind you that your GC is not insured.

The doors now open, a new sign stands outside. It is freshly made and seems to tempt people into reading it. On closer inspection it reads:

Despite the crime that took place before, the bank will now open up its business again. You are now able to deposit your money again and interest will be taken under consideration for the time. We apologize for the past inconvenience.
